Running, Dancing, and Problem-Solving

The sixth day began with breakfast, and then kicked things off with an energizer activity. We formed a circle and danced, following a leader, while one person was blindfolded and had to guess who the leader was. This activity helped us connect and have some fun together.

Next, we moved on to a group discussion about volunteering, where we exchanged ideas on various aspects of it. Each group was assigned a different topic, and then we presented our findings to the entire group, sparking a full exchange of ideas.

After a break, we did an activity where we identified 20 key facts about ourselves—traits that define who we truly are. We also discussed the benefits of keeping a personal journal to reflect on our experiences, both good and bad, in order to grow and learn over time.

Following lunch, we participated in an energizer game created by one of the tribes. It involved running under the arms of a couple while grabbing a person from another couple and running with them. It was a fun, athletic activity full of energy.

In the afternoon, we did a Forum Theatre activity inspired by Augusto Boal. We created a short play depicting a real-life conflict, and the "witnesses" in the group could stop the scene and suggest alternative actions to resolve the conflict, encouraging reflection on the impact of words and actions.

After another break, we signed the necessary documents related to our participation in the project, then had some free time until dinner.

The day ended with a lovely dinner, giving us time to relax and reflect on the day's activities.
